Justin Lite, a West Islip, NY native, graduated with high honors from West Islip High School and earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he captained the lacrosse team. After obtaining his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 1985, Justin followed in his father’s footsteps as a respected attorney in Suffolk County, continuing a family legacy of community involvement. He has founded and supported youth programs, served as Guardian and Referee in courts, and received numerous honors, including “Justin Lite Day” in 2001. He resides in Sayville, NY, with his wife, Elisa, their two dogs, and enjoys time with his daughters and grandson.
John M. Porchia, 3rd is a distinguished personal injury attorney with a remarkable track record of success. Graduating with Honors as Class President from North Babylon High School in 1996, John went on to earn his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from Boston College, graduating Cum Laude in 2000. He further distinguished himself by graduating Cum Laude from Touro Law School in 2003.

Jaren M. Fernan, Esq. Is one of the proud founders and a partner of Porchia & Fernan. Jaren prides himself in creating a trusting and personal relationship with his clients with his ‘hands on’ approach to handling each case. Jaren builds a rapport with his clients and is often viewed as their confidant, problem solver, and trusted advisor.
